Hole #1 – Flex (Par 4, 496 yards): Hole Halved.

Hole #2 – Navigator (Par 5, 553 yards): Ludvig Aberg to tee off the second hole….middle of the fairway. Lucas Glover just hold the fairway near the bunker. Justin Thomas going for it 266 yards…way left but up near the green. Min Woo Lee 234 yards…just short in the bunker. Patrick Cantlay with the pitch for their 3rd shot…uses the slop behind the pin but doesn’t get roll he’s looking for. No gimme for birdie. Wyndham plays a beauty bunker shot to gimme range. Glover from 7 feet to tie the hole…just misses right. 1-0 The Bay!

Hole #3 – On The Rocks (Par 3, 156 yards): Min Woo Lee to kick it off a hole for the first time ever…156 yards..a little long but good shot on the green. 20 ft for birdie. Justin Thomas to follow up….good shot using the slope should be inside of Min Woo….16 feet for birdie. Wyndham 20 feet for birdie and to put alot of pressure on ATL…NAILS IT! The Bay throws the hammer and ATL declines.

Hole #4 – Sidewinder (Par 5, 571 yards): Wyndham Clark bombs one down the middle for The Bay. Cantlay to follow…uses the speed slot in the fairway…beautiful shot. Glover from 252 yards…misses left but that’s in good position. Aberg right at it….just caries long of the pin but fall off the edge of the green. 22 feet for eagle. Justin Thomas with the chip/pitch for eagle…beauty spinner that lands in gimme range. Birdie for ATL. The Bay for eagle and the win. Min Woo lee points and chases it down as it drops for eagle! 3-0 The Bay!

Hole #5 – Oh Chute (Par 3, 200 yards): Aberg hits it right on line but just carries flag and leaves it just off the green. Lucas Glover right at the flag leaving 13 feet for birdie. Min Woo from off the green on back to back holes….can he chip in again? just short but really close. ATL throws the hammer and The Bay accepts. 15 footer from Justin Thomas to win two points…JT nails it! Bringing the score to 3-2 bay. Another comeback brewing for ATL.

Hole #6 – Straight Up (Par 4, 297 yards): Justin Thomas attempting to drive the green on a short par 4…smashes it but goes right and just stays out of the bunker. Min Woo Lee to follow up…misses way right. Advantage ATL. Wyndham to get The Bay up from 34 feet. Hits a beauty but stopes short of a ridge that would have brought it to the hole. 15 feet left for The Bay’s birdie. Patrick Cantlay uses that same slope for a nice shot that leaves 7 feet for birdie. Ludvig for some 15 foot magic…great pace but not quite the line. In for Par. ATL to complete the comeback…ATL throws the hammer…The Bay accepts..now ATL to take the lead. Lucas Glover…missed! Match stays 3-2 The Bay.

Hole #7 – Craic On (Par 3, 174 yards): Cantlay off the tee…just carries the flag and bounces in the bunker. Wyndham…short but online. The Bay will be putting for birdie from 12 feet. Lucas Glover from the Bunker…duffs it and yells “God, it’s thick” . JT to save it for ATL from just on top of the bunker… doesn’t find the magic. The Bay will win! 4-2.

Hole #8 – Bluebonnet (Par 4, 474 yards): Aberg off the tee…beauty shot in fairway. Glover looking to do the same… very nice in the fairway. Thomas from 170 yards… hooks it but finds the green. Long putt coming for them. Min Woo from 160…similar shot but this will be fighting a down hill ridge. Cantlay from 43.7 feet…what a putt just misses left. Wydham for birdie from 40 ft….a little long but nice putt… ATL wants to see it from 4 feet… drains it. No problem for the young swede. Hole tied.

Hole #9 – Pin Oak (Par 5, 579 yards): Min Woo Lee to kick off the last hole of triples…loves it. straight as can be..in the fairway,. 191 MPH ball speed! TGL record. Thomas puts it in the rough after smashing it and pulling it a tad. Cantlay from the rough from 247 yards…just short but a great shot they’ll have an easier chip for eagle from 27 feet away. Wyndham 237 from the fairway…left of the pin but stays on the green 18 feet for eagle coming. Lucas Glover with the eagle chip for ATL…Glover sinks it! Aberg to tie and silence the cheers…just didn’t get it there. 4-3 The Bay after triples.

SINGLES

Hole #10 – Sterling (Par 5, 554 yards) – Patrick Cantlay v Wyndham Clark: Patrick Cantlay to kick off the first singles match of the night…fairway. Wyndham to do the same…almost lands in the bunker but bounces away from it. Drama! just short but he’ll have 32 feet chipping for eagle. Wyndham from 228…just stays off but both will be chipping in the same area. Cantlay’s club gets stuck in the grain and doesn’t get it up but he’ll stick it close on the second attempt. Thats in for par. Clark two putts and give The Bay another point. 5-3 The Bay!

Hole #11 – The Plank (Par 4, 376 yards) – Lucas Glover v Ludvig Aberg: Aberg smashes it into the fairway. Glover does the same. Aberg from 101 good shot on the green 13 feet left for birdie. Glover from 97 yards..long and in the bunker. ATL will need some magic. Glover can’t stop it out of the bunker and will have 8 feet for par. Aberg for birdie and to add to the lead…just keeps it out right in for par. Glover for tie from 8 feet…ATL can’t afford to loose this hole…controversial hammer throw. The hammer doesn’t count and the made putt counts. Wild. Tie.

Hole #12 – Set in Stone (Par 3, 170 yards) – Justin Thomas v Min Woo Lee: JT tosses the hammer and bumps the hole up to two points on this par 3. Min Woo Lee to start it off…hangs it out right and just off the green back right. Justin Thomas to do something that can kick start ATL and make a comeback down by 2…stick it to 8 feet for the birdie! Min Woo looking for another chip in…and the tai spinner is just short. JT for 2 points and to tie the game…sinks it! TIE GAME BABY!

Hole #13 – Temple (Par 4, 481 yards)- Patrick Cantlay v Wyndham Clark: Cantlay to kick of his last H2H match for the night…crushes it into the fairway on the second part of the fairway. Wyndham looking to so the same…nails it but with a little dramatic line. Cantlay from 178 yards…long an in the bunker…Clark from 175…stick it close for birdie. 8 feet. Patrick from the bunker…The Bay Hammers! ATL declines. 6-5 The Bay.

Hole #14 – Cliffhanger (Par 3, 148 yards) – Lucas Glover v Ludvig Aberg: Ludvig Aberg off the tee for The Bay… almost a hole in one and leaves it to 3 feet for birdie. This man is unreal! Glover needing to do the same…he almost slam dunks it! 5 feet for birdie. WOW! Glover for birdie and to make sure ATL doesn’t loose another hole…nails it. Clutch play. Aberg to tie from 3 feet. Never a doubt. ATL down by one going to the last.

Hole #15 – Boomerang (Par 5, 574 yards) – Justin Thomas v Min Woo Lee: Min Woo Lee to kick off the last hole…just carries the bunker…safely in the fairway. JT to answer…smokes it over the bunker. Min Woo Lee goping for it in two, short and right of the green but not in any trouble. JT going for it in two as well from 234 yards…iron in hand…beauty finds the green but just a little long. 22 feet for eagle. WOW! Min Woo chips to two feet and guarantees the birdie. JT for the win and to extend the match…ATL calls timeout and they are taking their time reading the putt. JT from 22.2 feet..just misses…THE BAY WINS!!
