A player’s swing speed (club head speed), how fast they swing the club when hitting their shot, will determine which flex the player should use.
You can find your swing speed/club head speed by using a launch monitor or a golf simulator.
I would recommend taking a lot of swings and averaging out your speed for the best results. Once you have your average swing speed for all 4 clubs types, enter them in the calculate below and press calculate to receive your recommended shaft flex.
